This was a very easy and helpful appointment. Valerie is kind and easy to talk to. The only reason I am rating 4 instead of 5 is because I was told at the front desk my total bill would be a certain amount and no higher, and after the fact, I was billed an additional cost. Luckily, I had the money to cover it, but I wish I had been informed about the possibility of an upcharge from the start so I could make an informed decision.
