Overall, everyone was friendly and welcoming. My only complaint with today’s appointment was with wait time and communication. After being seen by Dr. Eye, no one communicated to me that I could leave. Normally an RN comes in to pick up the Pap smear sample and finalizes the documentation with me in the room and then directs me towards the exit. I sat in that room for 30 minutes and no one came in. I finally lost patience because my time is equally as important. When I opened the door, I searched for an employee and asked her how much longer it would be. She told me I could have left already. I informed her that no one came in the room to tell me that and that my sample was still open on the counter. I then asked her how to exit appropriately. Frankly, if someone had walked in after Dr. Eye left, I would have been out 30 minutes earlier and that patient room would have been available earlier for the next appointment.

dr. Gibby was great and the medical student she had shadowing her - Laura I believe - was great also. They were both very attentive and answered all of my questions. I had a great experience with both.

The front desk receptionist was not friendly and didn't even greet me. But everything after that was wonderful! I forgot the assistant's name that took my vitals. She was wonderful ❤️ and funny and very kind. Dr Gibby was so sweet and kind. She very patiently answered all of my questions and she understood what I meant even when I didn't know the correct medical terminology. I never felt rushed. I actually left the practice with a feeling of hope.

Dr.Amore was absolutely amazing. She listened to everything that I said and made sure she gave the best care for me. She made everything so easy to understand and took the time and effort to really listen.

Dr. Eye is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very personable. I feel very at ease when I am around her and I don’t dread my yearly exam! I have been going to this practice for over 19 years now and have never had one poor experience. Jackie at the front desk in Oviedo is great. I highly recommend this practice
