Dr. Ellen Eye is wonderful! She is professional, yet personal and friendly. She takes my medical history seriously and listens well to all my concerns. She includes me in medical decisions, which is important to me. She has been very thorough in my care and hasn't missed a single detail during the five years she has been my doctor. Now that I'm moving, I'm sad to have to find a new gynecologist!

I had an excellent experience like usual with Dr.John Van Wert. He is professional, caring, and really takes the time to listen to hugs patients. . I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate GYN

The staff was very friendly and sweet. The intake assistant Mia very pleasant she listened to my concerns and shared them with the Dr.
Dr Allison wonderful after hearing my concerns she came in prepared the exam was a breeze. She explained treatment thoroughly and possible alternative!

Please call our office at (321) 397-1212 to confirm coverage. We do accept cash pay patients. All HMO plans require a referral. We must have a referral on file prior to your visit. We unfortunately do not accept any Medicaid insurance plans. Please note: Initial obstetric appointments do not include an ultrasound. The timing of your confirmation ultrasound will be determined by your provider during this visit.
