I've been a patient of Dr. van Wert off and on for over 30 years. He consistently delivers an extraordinary level of care that is simply unmatched. I don't know why I keep having services rendered by a PCP, but I know I won't be doing that again.

As always a wonderful visit. Dr. Eye was very thorough and we discussed all options of what would work best for me. Was able to bring any and all concerns I had and Dr. Eye listened and provide me with options. I felt relaxed and comfortable which is very important considering this was my yearly exam/pap.
