When checking in, I was asked to sign and have a seat and she would get back with me. I was never asked for insurance/license check even though I went back and after 10 min of waiting to let her know I was still here. She again told me to wait a second. But receptionist never got to me.
After 30 min of waiting, I was called back for my appt. That has been my very first time of a long wait at this office.
