Love Valerie Ramsay, she is very patient and ready to answer any questions. But I was very disappointed today when I waited 45min in the waiting room after they ask you arrive 15 min prior to your appointment. There was only one person waiting in the waiting area. After I had been there at least 10-15 min others patients started to arrive. Why ask patients to come in 15 min early if they need to wait 45min. I really believe I was skipped. First time this has happened in the 5 years as a patient.

Front desk staff was really nice and got me checked in quickly. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and they took me back 15 min early so I didn’t have to wait. Dr. Amore was very nice and addressed all of my concerns in a respectful manner. I would definitely recommend.
