Wasn't as pleasant as the visits before the lady at the front desk told me I needed a referral but I've been going to this office for a very long time and never got asked this question before. So called my insurance and they cleared it. Then when I got in the room I had told the nurse that my blood pressure might be a little high because of the lady at the front desk. Then the nurse started arguing with me.

Haley should introduce herself when accepting patients at the time she opens the door and weighs them, not to mention, reviewing, and updating information while in the examining room. For all I know, she was one of the nurse practitioners. I had to ask her what her name was, and what her role is in the practice. She was very nice and attentive however.
